    Never received

    It’s been two weeks and I reached out to customer service and tracking through ups. It shows it was out for delivery on 7-7-25. It’s 7-14-25and still nothing. I purchased through the Anua website not a third party.

    Anua customer service sent a generic email and I have not anyone actually triaging what’s going on.

    Asking for a review of something I ordered a week ago even if the product isn’t in my hands yet is off. One star or no star for niw due to late delivery i guess
