PDRN 100 Hyaluronic Acid Glow Pad

I like the convenience of this toner pad combination from the ANUA Store.  The name of this particular toner pad is Anua PDRN 100 Hyaluronic Acid Pad.  The product comes in a greenish hue container in a nicely designed box. The toner pads and the accompanying serum are well-protected. To access the product, you need to unscrew the lid and remove a tough paper seal on top. There's also a plastic tweezer-like tool included for easy and hygienic removal of the toner pads.The pads are made from a gauze-like material and are thinner than typical toner pads. This design allows for the compression of 60 pads into a compact container. Additionally, there is ample toner serum to keep the pads from drying out.This toner-pad combo is expensive compared to the competition. A container with 60 toner pads costs $22.00 (as of July 14, 2025), which brings the unit cost down to 37 cents per pad.

These Glow Pads w/ PDRN + Hyaluron by Anua have a complex formulation for such a simple product. Usually I look for toner pads to do nothing more than provide a bit of hydration and calm the redness from my rosacea, but these pads are not satisfied with those mundane tasks, they have higher aspirations. These pads are designed for hydration, soothing, brightening and anti aging.They are taking the hydration very seriously, because just for that they contain glycerin, urea, trehalose, propanediol, red algae, hydrolyzed collagen, and three different forms of hyaluronic acid. My dry and dehydrated skin would love them for this alone, but they are offering much more. For soothing they contain neem extract, aloe vera, japonica and more, which my rosacea appreciates. For brightening and anti-aging they have PDRN (salmon DNA), niacinamide, adenosine, folic acid, and four different kinds of peptides, including the ones that are thought to be able to signal the body to produce collagen. And don't even get me started on the antioxidant support... these pads are packed with botanicals that are antioxidant rich, which means that they can protect the skin against environmental damage.All that and they are easy to use as well. If I am having a flare up, I place them on my cheeks, and they adhere nicely to the skin because they are very saturated. I really love the Anua TXA toner pads, so I had to give these a try! I don't have a specific time of day that I use toner pads, just whenever I feel like my skin needs a little boost of some kind but I don't have the time or desire to do a whole mask.For me, these work best in the evening when I don't plan to put on makeup. The serum in which they are soaked works well to layer under other skincare, but does leave a bit of stickiness that I would not be able to tolerate under makeup.The pads themselves are dual-sided, so they work well as either a gentle cleaning pad or a mini-mask. They are thin, but strong, and the little included tweezer makes them easy to use since you can remove one at a time without picking around in the jar with your fingers. They feel hydrating, not stripping or astringent, and I definitely feel glowy afterwards.To me there is a light fragrance, but it isn't strong or offensive, and it doesn't linger. These pads are deeply impregnated with the serum, and I use them both as a spot mask (because they are circles, they won't cover your whole face), and as a lazy way to clean my face ??sort of like a cleansing pad. As a mask, I simply place it on the skin and allow it to sit for 15 minutes so that the serum has enough time to deeply penetrate. As a cleansing pad, I swipe it around my face.Either way, these pads are deeply hydrating. The serum is thick, almost gooey ??very viscous. It does leave a nice glow to the face and they are cooling. Until writing this review and looking at the product page again, I had no idea there were two different textures on either side. Therefore, I will say that there isn't much of a noticable difference between the sides, in my opinion. But I like the glow, hydration, and ease of use.
